I have listed major signs and reasons you should or shouldn't pull the trigger on a car detailing technician. Learn the difference between a low quality wash and a high quality deep clean here!

You see it all the time — “full detail” for $75. But what does that even mean?
A true full car detailing isn’t just a quick wash and a vacuum. It’s a deep clean, inside and out, using the right tools and techniques to restore your car to its best possible condition — and protect it from future damage.
Here’s What a Full Detail Should Include:
Exterior:
Foam cannon pre-rinse
Hand wash (two-bucket method, microfiber only)
Iron and tar decontamination
Clay bar treatment to remove embedded contaminants
One-step polish upgrade (or full paint correction upgrade)
Paint sealant or machine wax
Tire shine, trim conditioning, streak-free glass
Interior:
Full vacuum, including trunk and under seats
Carpet shampooing and stain extraction
Steam cleaning for crevices, vents, and buttons
Leather cleaning and conditioning (or fabric protection)
Dashboard, plastics, and door panels detailed and dressed
Add-On Services (Optional):
Engine bay detailing
Headlight restoration
Ceramic coating
Pet hair removal
Paint correction (multi-step)
If your “full detail” only takes 45 minutes, you’re not getting a full detail — you’re getting a basic wash.
